UICImagePicker

Custom image picker as pop-up, written by Swift 4+, it can trigger by button or swiping to up from handle area in this example I changed th pop-up .collapsed position to out screen so you can change it easly with changing cardView start poisition to self.view.height - cardView.handleArea.heightetc.

All movements animated userInteractive with UIViewPropertyAnimator().
It will add visualEffectViewwhen expanded.
