dicom2nii_batch_tool

A simple tool to batch processing conversion of dcm images to nii images using dcm2nii.exe. (Windows Only)

Steps

  1. Make sure you have python installed
  2. Install git
  3. git clone https://github.com/frankaging/dicom2nii_batch_tool.git
  4. open configuration file and follow the steps to configure
  5. run python dicom2nii.py
