Matlab toolbox for extracting whiskers data from freely moving videos with "motion capture" type trackers on the head of rodents. The core tracking software used for whisker labelization is Whisk, a tool in python and C developped by Nathan Clack ( https://github.com/nclack/whisk Clack NG, O'Connor DH, Huber D, Petreanu L, Hires A., Peron, S., Svoboda, K., and Myers, E.W.
